5. Selling on Valmirex.com

By listing an item, you grant Valmirex.com a non-exclusive license to display photographs and descriptions of the item for the purpose of facilitating its sale. Once a sale is confirmed, you are obligated to ship the item within the timeframe specified at the time of listing.

6. Authentication

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, authentication is based on professional judgment and available information. In the event of a confirmed authentication failure, buyers are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to list or sell counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained goods, to misrepresent the condition, provenance, or authenticity of any item, to manipulate pricing, engage in bid interference, or attempt to conduct transactions outside of our platform, to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations, to harass, threaten, or deceive other users or our team, and to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of our platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, removal of listings, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

8. Fees and Payments

Valmirex.com charges a commission on each completed sale. The applicable fee structure is displayed at the time of listing and is subject to change with prior notice. Payments to sellers are processed after the buyer’s return window has closed and the transaction is confirmed as final. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details on our servers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Valmirex.com, including our logo, brand name, design elements, copy, and photography produced by our team, is the exclusive intellectual property of Valmirex.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission. 10. Limitation of Liability

Valmirex.com acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not the original seller of any listed item. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the value of that transaction.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, we encourage both parties to contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to mediate and resolve disputes fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County.
